Mostly this question is because the encryption key do not matching the software

Because everyquantum analyzer supplier offer different software, software have to compatible with analyzer and encryption.

Once this  error, install the software to another computer to test first.

Then try again, if same question, ask your supplier replace the "security" on the installation file.

Reinstall then it will work.

PS: if you buy analyzer from supplier A.
    and you get the software from supplier B
    software and hardware do not matching, analyzer not work.
