each key inset a code process, also different supplier with different code,

only they know the process and can change it. So software " security " have to compatible with the encryption key ( code number ).

once not match with each other, will show encryption ID error.

On that case, you should contact your supplier to replace it or send you a new software to replace old one, others can't be help
