After reinstall the OS and the error window shows you " can not find encrytion key", that is not encrytion key problem, it is software question.
In this case, please uninstall the quantum resonance magnetic analyzer software then reinstall it. if it is not work yet,
the only way to solve this question is ask your supplier to aquire now one software,
because different supplier with different encrytion key, only your supplier can offer you matching software.
Or, you should got a new machine.
