There are two mainly skin analyzer in the market.

Because skin analyzer with lens ( camera ), so before install the skin analyzer software,

turn off the laptop or computer camera first. also ignore the antivirs.     

Besides, traditional skin analyzer need skill to set the lens, try to capture the picture after install,

if can't not capture it means do not set the lens by correct way, check it again.
